On November 1st, 2022, the application period for the academic year 2023–2024 opens. For Bachelor's and Master's Degree programs, the Holland Government Scholarships 2023 are now accepting applications. The Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science as well as Holland Universities fund the Holland Scholarship. All international applicants who are not citizens of European nations are eligible for the Scholarship. This esteemed scholarship program is supported by the Dutch government. As a result, there are numerous fully funded scholarships available in Holland. Application fees are not necessary.

Financial Benefits
This scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science as well as several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.
The scholarship amounts to € 5,000. You will receive this in the first year of your studies. Please note that this is not a full-tuition scholarship. Holland Scholarship (1.5 MB)
Application Criteria
- Your nationality is non-EEA.
- You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
- You meet the specific requirements of the institution of your choice. You can find these on the website of the institution.
- You do not have a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands.
Deadline
The application round for the academic year 2023-2024 will open on 1 November 2022. The deadline for application is either 1 February 2023 or 1 May 2023.
