 Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, tendering, evaluation, and award of contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost standards are met.
  • Implement procurement best practices and continuously improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments to ensure business continuity and minimize supply chain disruptions. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

    Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1-2 years experience.
