Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and recommend solutions
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus
