Gourmet Twist Customer Services Executive Jobs in Nigeria

 Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and recommend solutions

    Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus
