✅ Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
To qualify, applicants must:
✔ Be a citizen of a developing country (Check eligible countries here)
✔ Not hold dual citizenship in any developed country
✔ Be in good health
✔ Have a Bachelor’s degree (obtained at least 3 years before applying)
✔ Have at least 3 years of full-time paid work experience in a development-related field within the last 6 years
✔ Receive an unconditional offer from a participating university before applying
🔹 Note: Part-time work may be considered under certain conditions.
