Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a World Bank member developing country.
- Not hold dual citizenship of any developed country.
- Be in good health.
- Have a bachelor’s degree obtained at least three years before the application deadline.
- Secure unconditional admission to a participating master’s program by the application deadline.
- Have at least three years of full-time, paid development-related work experience within the past six years (part-time work may be considered).
