Basic Eligibility and Requirements
- Citizenship and Age: Must be a citizen and current resident of an ADB member country, and no older than 35 at the time of application.
- Academic Background: Must hold a four-year bachelorโs degree or its equivalent.
- Work Experience: Minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience after completing your degree.
- English Proficiency: Must have taken an English proficiency test within the past two years and achieved minimum scores: TOEFL (550 paper-based/213 computer-based/79-80 internet-based), Duolingo (95), or IELTS (6.5).
