Are you between the ages of 18-30 and passionate about climate action? The opportunity to become a Youth Delegate at COP29 is now available! The CMP COP29 Youth Delegates program invites young leaders to apply for a fully funded experience at the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Hosted by the Global Centre for Climate Mobility (GCCM), this year’s Climate Mobility Pavilion (CMP) will take place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from November 11 to November 22, 2024. This unique pavilion will focus on the critical issue of climate-induced displacement, working towards solutions that ensure climate action supports those forced to leave their homes.

Number of Participants
The CMP Youth Programme is seeking 30 dynamic young leaders from Africa, the Pacific, Asia, and Latin America & the Caribbean. Selected participants will receive capacity-building training, have opportunities to speak at the conference, and engage in bilateral meetings with policymakers, private sector representatives, and civil society organizations.
