Applications are now open for the World Trade Organization (WTO) Internship in Switzerland. The WTO is the only international organization that deals with the rules of trade between nations. Its goal is to help produce and maintain a high quality of trade among countries. The WTO Internship Programme offers young applicants the opportunity to learn about global trading systems and how they function.
Participants will spend six months in Switzerland, gaining valuable experience from working at the WTO. There is no application fee, and IELTS is not mandatory. The internship offers a daily salary of CHF 60, including weekends. The program aims to increase the diversity of the WTO, providing a rich learning experience. More details are provided below.

Internship Roles and Assignments

Number of Interns and Internship Duration
The WTO will select 80 interns from around the world for up to six months.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the WTO Internship Program:
- You must be from a WTO Member country (currently 164 members).
- You must be between 21 and 30 years old during the internship.

Internship Period
The WTO Internship Programme is ongoing, with no specific start period. Interns are allowed 2.5 days of leave per month.
