The Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, invites foreign citizens to apply for the Fully Funded Mexico Government Scholarship 2024. This scholarship is open to citizens of more than 180 countries and is available for full-time Undergraduate, Master’s, PhD, Postgraduate Research, and Postdoctoral programs. Over 90 Mexican higher education institutions are participating in this program.

Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Completed and signed scholarship application form.
- A letter detailing motivations for studying or researching in Mexico (maximum 2 pages, Arial size 12, single line spacing).
- Curriculum vitae (maximum 3 pages, Arial font size 12, single line spacing).
- Letter of academic acceptance from the Mexican institution.
- Letter of commitment to return to the country of origin.
- Letter of acceptance of the scholarship terms.
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Copy of a valid passport in color and open book format or government-issued photo ID.
- Medical certificate issued by a public or private health institution within three months before the application, indicating good health.
- Proof of advanced knowledge of the Spanish language (minimum level of B2) if Spanish is not the applicant’s mother tongue.
- Letter stating that the information provided is true.
All documents must be in Spanish or accompanied by translations into Spanish.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be nationals of one of the eligible countries.
- Applicants must not currently reside in Mexico.
