Experience a transformative journey by joining the Indo-Pacific Leadership Lab 2024, a fully funded program spanning three one-week seminars in the USA, Fiji, and Japan. Co-launched by the East-West Center and the Japan Foundation, this initiative targets emerging young leaders from diverse sectors such as academia, civil society, non-profit, business, and government. Through immersive experiences, participants will enhance their leadership capabilities and amplify their influence.

Year-Long Program Highlights:
Commencing virtually in October 2024 and transitioning to in-person sessions, participants will embark on a journey spanning Honolulu, Hawai‘i; Suva, Fiji; and Tokyo, Japan. The 2025 cohort will explore leadership approaches to address climate-related challenges.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 5-10 years of experience in climate change-related areas
- Proficiency in English
- Valid passport through March 2026
- Commitment to attend seminars in the USA, Fiji, and Japan
- Demonstrated track record of leadership
