Financial Coverage:
The Awaji Youth Fellowship provides comprehensive financial support for the entire duration of 9 months. Benefits include:

Fellowship Structure:
The fellowship focuses on three core areas:
1. Leadership and Project Management

Working Hours:
- 5 days a week of working and learning
- 10 days of paid leave available six months into the Fellowship
