Every year, the Austrian Development Cooperation extends scholarships to students from developing countries, offering assistance with tuition fees and living expenses. These scholarships are aimed at facilitating education and fostering global cooperation.
The Austrian Development Cooperation Offers Two Types of Scholarships:
1. Scholarship for ADC's Priority Countries
2. Scholarship for Other Developing Countries
These scholarships can be utilized for any of the following modules:
- General Module (including Hospitality Management or Tourism Management)
- Additional Module: Teacher Training Module (TT)
ITH Scholarship Application Process:
Students may attend ITH through private means or via scholarships provided by the Austrian Development Cooperation. The number of scholarships offered annually is limited and highly competitive.
Application Procedure:
1. Obtain information about ITH from an Austrian consulate or embassy.
2. Download the ITH application form from the provided links or obtain it from Austrian embassies and consulates.
3. Complete the application form accurately and legibly.
4. Submit the application directly to the Institute via post before the deadline, which is March 1st every year.
Confirmation:
Applicants will be notified of the application results by the end of April. Successful scholarship recipients will receive a letter of acceptance.
Tips for a Successful Scholarship Application:
- Fill out the application form completely and clearly.
- Provide all required information and attach necessary documents.
- Translate documents into English or German if necessary.

Scholarship Details:

2. Scholarship for Developing Countries:
Covers tuition fees, health insurance, food, excursions, and pocket money.
Does not include accommodation or flight tickets.
Applicants must pay visa fees and adhere to age limit requirements (35 years).
