The NL Scholarship, formerly known as the Holland Scholarship, is a fabulous opportunity for international students who are not citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA) to pursue their bachelor's or master's studies in the Netherlands. Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science, along with several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences, this scholarship aims to reduce the financial burden for students. A total of 37 universities are participating in this prestigious scholarship program.

How NL Scholarship Works?
The NL Scholarship provides a contribution of €5,000, which students receive in the first year of their studies. Students can apply directly at the participating university of their choice, and each university may have its own specific scholarship as well.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the NL Scholarship, you should meet the following criteria:
- Your nationality is non-EEA.
- You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
- You should also meet the specific requirements set by the university.
- You do not have a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands.
