The IsDB selects an average of 15 to 25 Young Professionals annually. Applicants must be citizens of IsDB member countries or eligible applicants from non-member IsDB countries. They should hold a minimum master's degree or be pursuing one, with an age limit of 32 years or younger by the application deadline.
Work experience is not required, and the IsDB welcomes applicants from diverse academic backgrounds, including economics, finance, engineering, data science, climate change, and more.
