About Turkiye Burslari Scholarship
No of Scholarships: 5,000 scholarships annually.
Financial Benefits: It is a fully funded scholarship for international students in Turkiye. All selected students will receive:

Duration of a Degree:
- Undergraduate (4 to 5 years)
- Master’s (2 to 3 years)
- PhD (3 to 4 years)
Eligibility Criteria:
- The scholarship is open to all nationalities except Turkish nationals.
- You can only apply for bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. programs.
- You should not be currently enrolled in any Turkish universities.
- You don’t need to apply separately to a Turkish university.
- If you have completed your graduation or it is going to be completed before August 2024, you can apply.
- Researchers and academic groups can also apply.
- If you have gained 70% marks in your previous academic education, you can apply for graduate programs.
- 75% is the minimum requirement for Master’s and Doctoral programs.
- For Health sciences including medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy, a minimum of 90% in the previous academic record is required.
Age Requirements:
- Under 21 for the bachelor’s program.
- Under 30 for the Master’s program.
- Under 35 for the Doctoral program.
Required Documents:
All candidates must upload the following documents in the online application.
- A valid identity document, ID card, or passport
- A photograph of the candidate
- National exam results (if any)
- Diploma or temporary graduation certificate
- Transcript
- International exam results (GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.) if required by the chosen university or program
- International language test results such as TOEFL, DELF if required by the chosen university or program
- A proposal for a research topic and a written example of the research you have carried out (only for Ph.D. applications).
