The Taiwan International Internship Program (TIIP) offers a fully funded internship opportunity for international students in 2024. The TIIP 2024 Internship will take place at Academia Sinica and partner universities. Interns will receive a half-round airfare ticket of up to $500, a monthly stipend, accommodation, and health care. Ph.D. students are not eligible to apply. Undergraduate students in their final year, Master's students, and individuals holding a B.S. or Master’s degree can apply. - Students/Individuals who have attended the TIIP program before
- Current employees or research assistants at Academia Sinica
Internship Duration: 2 months
- 1st cohort: 1st May – 30th Jun.
- 2nd cohort: 1st Jun. – 31st Jul.
- 3rd cohort: 1st Jul. – 31st Aug.
Required Documents
To complete the online application, you will need to:
- Complete your CV and Statement of Purpose on the research interests page.
- Upload your official academic transcript on the current Status of Applicant page.
- Complete all the required information on the online application form.
- Two letters of recommendation
- English proficiency tests such as TOEFL, and IELTS are not compulsory.
