Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a citizen of an eligible country listed by ICDF.
- Should not be a national of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Must meet admission requirements and be eligible for a Resident Visa.
- Should not hold any other ROC (Taiwan) government-sponsored scholarship upon accepting a TaiwanICDF scholarship.
- Submission of previous educational documents is required.

Application Process:
1. Complete the online application by March 15, 2024.
2. Submit the required admission documents before the admissions deadline of TaiwanICDF scholarship partner universities.

4. After a review, a list of recommended applicants will be submitted to TaiwanICDF.
5. Successful applicants will be notified by June 10, 2024.
6. University Application: Alongside the TaiwanICDF application, candidates must separately apply to their chosen universities and fulfill specific requirements.
