HZB, a prestigious research center located in Berlin, is excited to announce the opening of applications for the HZB International Summer Student Program 2024 (ISSP). This fully funded program invites undergraduate students worldwide to participate in an enriching eight-week summer experience. The HZB 2024 summer program is scheduled to take place from July 1st to August 23rd, 2024, offering 20 selected students the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research. Nationality is not a constraint for application.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to all students globally.
- Undergraduate students (not PhD candidates) in disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Structural Biology, Mathematics, Engineering, Life or Environmental Sciences.
- Completed at least two years of full-time study at the university level.
- Must be enrolled as a student at your university during the program (July 1 to August 23, 2024).
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Provide a letter of reference with your application.
Program Conditions:
- Mandatory participation for the entire duration.
- Working time: 40 hours/week.
- 8-week internship contract for project work.
