Program Components:
1. Formal Development: Through the MTN Academy, graduates will undergo formal development. This includes modules at MTN's regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa. The program integrates metaphoric immersive experiences, digital and media channels, and social media platforms.
2. On-the-Job Development: Graduates will be fully employed and placed in strategically aligned roles within MTN. On-the-job development occurs locally through job rotation, in-role experience, interactions with executive committees, mentoring, and coaching.
Requirements:
- Age: Below 27 years old
- Work Rights: Meeting qualification or study program requirements (65%)
- Bachelor's Degree: Expected graduation by March 30, 2024
- Experience: Full-time work experience of 25 months
