Step by Step US EB3 Work Visa Process 2023
Follow these steps once you receive a Job offer from the US Employer.
Step 1: Labor Certification (By Employer)
The Employer must first obtain a labor certification approval from the Department of Labor
Step 2: File a Petition (By Employer)
Once labor certification is received, the employer then files an Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Form I-140.
Step 3: Immigrant Visa Application
Once you receive the Petition form as well as labor certification the final step is to apply for the US Immigrant Visa online which is the DS-260 Form.
Step 4: Book an Appointment
You need to make an appointment at any nearest US Embassy in your country.
Step 5: Interview
You will go to the embassy, present all the documents, and give an interview. The decision will be made after the interview.
