The HISA Spain Conference is taking place in Madrid, Spain from August 17 – 20, 2023. A total of 55 participants will travel to Spain. 15 Fully Funded and 40 Partially Funded delegates. All the expenses will be covered.
The HISA Youth Dialogue is an event that will bring together students, professionals, social or health workers, volunteers, and young leaders from any background to discuss the challenges of global governance, public administration, and social entrepreneurship. Eligibility Criteria
- The HISA Youth Dialogue Spoain 2023 is open to any student, professional, social or health worker, volunteer, and young leader from any background.
- The candidate must be over 18 years of age.
- The candidate must be able to communicate in English.
- People from all nationalities can apply.
- Passionate to contribute to the development of new ideas.
- IELTS/TOEFL is not required
Application Fee
There is a $14 Application Fee charged by HISA for the Fully Funded & Partially Funded Category. Once you complete the application form you need to pay so your application will be submitted.

Result Announcement
The list of Fully Funded delegates will be announced on 5th July 2023.
