Types of Fellowships
The Humboldt Research Fellowship offers two distinct programs, each tailored to different stages of a research career:
- For Postdoctoral Researchers: Designed for researchers who have completed their PhDs within the last four years. Fellows can conduct research in Germany for 6 to 24 months.
- For Experienced Researchers: Targeted at researchers who are further along in their careers. The fellowship lasts from 6 to 18 months and can be split into up to three separate stays within three years.
